- Full Transparency on Pricing - all fees and taxes are included in the prices you see on the site. NOTE: venues/vendors can only provide us with prices for the current year as they don't typically update their pricing for future years (e.g., accommodations) until the end of the current year's season (e.g., typically in November/December) for the next season (e.g., 2024, etc). As such, this system essentially uses the current year's pricing on the future years so you can get an idea. When the future venue/vendor prices are updated on the site for that particular year, plans affected with be updated.
