- How to create your guest list - (Note: you can use the guest list app to communicate with friends, family & associates for any event, even events not planned using this system)
- How To Send Invitations
- How To Assign Attendees to Hotel Rooms, Tables, and Meals.

Create Guest List
- Login, if not logged in
- Go to your list of Plans
- Click plan of interest,
- Click "Guests" located at top of web-page,
- Be sure to click "Helpful Tips"
Send Invitations (Note: this feature is limited to clients)
- Click "Invitations"
Assign Attendees to Hotel Rooms
Note: guests can only be assigned to rooms that are included in the plan.
- Login, if not logged in
- Go to your list of Plans
- Click plan of interest,
- Click "Accomm" - located at top of web-page.
- Click "Select Rooms"
- For each room type you have added to the plan:
- Click on photo of room
- Click "Add Guest Names"
- Select the appropriate names from the guest list shown.
Assign Attendees to Tables
Notes:
- many venues have not yet supplied table layouts. Email us to set one up if needed.
- You need to have set up a guest list - see above.
- Login, if not logged in
- Go to your list of Plans
- Click plan of interest,
- Click "Apps" - located at top of web-page.
- Click "Seating Arrangements"
- For each table listed, select guest names from the guest list.
